One Piece Manga 928: Spoilers and Release Date We begin with Sanji or Sanguro serving noodles to some girls in Wano while hanging out with Usopp, Robin, and Franky. However, we get some trouble as some of Kyoshiro's henchmen start a fuss with Sanji's business. Fortunately, Sanji and Franky defeat the henchmen and we get a new Wano citizen, a laughing and crying girl named Toko who I quite imagine will probably be annoying in the anime next year. Toko's role is that of a kamuro or an aid to a Courtesan known as Komurasaki. Seeing Komurasaki make an entire street full of men faint from blood loss because of how pretty she is was typical Oda humor that I enjoy. Also, we get a random surprise from the old shamisen lady that mentored Robin in the Geisha industry. It won't be long before Robin, or O-Robi, has to meet Orochi. The speculation of Sanji eventually fighting Queen grows as Kyoshiro tells his men to contact Queen's soldiers to fight Sanji. Admit it, the more you look at Kyoshiro, the more you just want to punch him in the face. Finally, the big reveal. Orochi matches his namesake as he is an Yamata no Orochi Zoan devil fruit user. Is he a guy with five dragon heads appearing out of his back? Are they from his legs/crotch as if they were tentacles? In the end, Komurasaki and Robin better watch themselves.

Nico Robin

Nico Robin, also known by her epithet "Devil Child" and the "Light of the Revolution", is the archaeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates. She is the sole surivior of the destroyed island of Ohara, which was located in the West Blue. As a result, she is currently the only person in world with the ability to read and decipher Poneglyphs, a skill which is considered forbidden and threatening to the World Government. She was first introduced as the vice president of Baroque Works and secondary antagonist of the Alabasta Saga, known as Miss All Sunday, before joining the Straw Hats. She is the seventh member of the crew, the sixth to join, and like Nami, is the second to rejoin, doing so near the end of the Enies Lobby Arc. Robin is also the first member to have once been an antagonist. She ate the Hana Hana no Mi. During the Post-War Arc, she became involved with the Revolutionaries for two years. Her dream is to find the Rio Poneglyph which tells the true history. She currently holds a bounty of 130,000,000 Beli.

Trivia

- In addition to using the jolly roger of the Straw Hats, Robin has her own jolly roger. It has a purple cowboy hat, and four arms in a pinwheel formation, due to her Devil Fruit, the Hana Hana no Mi.
-  After the timeskip, the skull gains sunglasses on the cowboy hat and an image of a flower with "seeds" surrounding the flower (which is the same flower print on her purple vest in her first post-timeskip appearance). This accommodates to her New World appearance.

- Robin is the only member of the Straw Hats who was never formally invited to join them; she decided to join on her own, a decision met with no objections.
- In Chapter 97, Nami can see dressing on clothes, one of which is almost identical to Robin's clothing in Alabasta.
- In Chapter 355 during the flashback with Tom, Iceburg, and Franky, Robin's bounty was incorrectly written as Beli78,000,000.
- Of all the Straw Hat Pirates, Robin has the highest starter bounty, however she received that bounty before joining the crew.

- Robin was the second to last member to be sent away by Kuma and the second to last member to return to Sabaody Archipelago.
- On Tequila Wolf, Robin's slave number was 3926.
- In a Shonen Jump question asking "If you could be any manga character, who would you be?" Oda said he would want to be Nico Robin so that he could "sprout hands and draw manga twenty times as fast".
- In the 6th Japanese Fan Poll, Robin is currently ranked as the 12th most popular character in One Piece.
- At the age of eight, Robin is known to be the youngest archaeologist as well as the youngest scholar of Ohara to be entitled by Clover.
